Feature Exhibitor Information

Welcome to the 56th Annual Manitoba Threshermen’s Reunion and Stampede! We are excited to host the Rumely Product Collectors Annual Show July 29 –Aug 1, 2010 and hope your time is a memorable one. The exhibit features all makes of Rumely and companies it acquired, such as Aultman-Taylor, Garr Scott, Advance Thresher, American Abell. If you so choose, a demonstration field is being provided to showcase this machinery in action, with a special world record plowing attempt being held on Sunday.

Each individual attending the Reunion is responsible for their admission to the Show. As a feature exhibitor and/or Rumely Product Collector member, a special package has been developed for you. For a $25 exhibitor pass, the Manitoba Agricultural Museum provides the following package valid from July 26 – Aug 2:

    1. Admission to the Museum grounds
    2. Volunteer camping rate in the public campground of $15/week
    3. Space for exhibits in the expo area
    4. A space in the daily machinery parade
    5. Opportunities to use your machinery in live demonstrations (threshing, plowing, sawmill, dyno etc.)
    6. Limited quantity of tables/display cases for memorabilia

If you have additional people travelling with you who are not RPC members, they are required to purchase the standard gate entrance fee for their age category.

Exhibitors should take note of the following:

    1. Advertising sponsorship is allowed, but no "FOR SALE" signs are allowed.
    2. Exhibit barricades are not supplied and are the responsibility of the exhibitor
    3. Each exhibitor is responsible for his or her own liability and insurance. The Manitoba Agricultural Museum will assume NO responsibility for damage to or from any equipment. The Museum will assume NO responsibility for incidents that may result in liability insurance.
    4. Transportation costs to and from the show are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
